If the product was a discontinued item, we will offer you a similar replacement product of equal or greater value.

Free Gifts Returns Policy

Wand Warehouse will often offer Free Gifts at time of checkout, depending on the monetary value of the order.

We will not accept returns of FREE GIFTS in exchange for other products, credit or money.

Once you receive a Coupon Code, you can use it the next time you shop; either online or over the phone if you prefer.

How To Claim Coupon Codes

Here at Wand Warehouse, we make redeeming your coupons as easy as possible!

When you are inside your ‘Shopping Basket’, simply enter the Coupon Code and click ‘Apply Coupon’. The discount or free product will automatically be added to your order.

If you have more than one Coupon Code to enter, simply repeat this process again!

Coupon Code Terms and Conditions

You are entitled to use as many Coupon Codes as you like for each order you place with Wand Warehouse.

Your Coupon Code must be used before the specified expiry date.

No cash equivalent can be given in exchange for your coupon code and can only be redeemed for product during checkout.

Your Coupon Code does not count towards earning free postage or other promotional gifts.

Members of the Wand Warehouse website can collect WAND points every time they shop to save even more money on their next order.

For every $1 you spend at Wand Warehouse, you collect 1 WAND Point! Points are added to your account when your order is dispatched.

If you are a registered member, you can also earn 25 points for writing any product reviews that are approved and published!

Spend your WAND Points

You can spend your WAND points on anything at the checkout, against the full value or partial value of your order.
For every 100 points you apply, you will save $10.00 off of the total cost of your order!
